Professor Reiter teaches across criminology, sociology, and law at both Columbus State Community College and The Ohio State University. Course offerings span introductory survey courses, upper-division seminars, and special topics in forensic criminology and multicide.

Multicide

A special topics course on forms of multiple homicide — serial, mass, and spree murder. Examines the phenomenon from a scientific perspective, including causes, correlates, typologies, and criminal profiling methodologies.

Criminal Profiling

Examined the science of criminal profiling, including psychological, forensic, and geographic profiling. Focused on violent crimes such as serial murder, serial rape, stalking, and serial robbery.
